Major Themes
The theme of the third International Agronomy Congress will be “Agriculture Diversification, Climate Change Management and Livelihoods". Tentatively there will be following sub-themes for the congress. Each sub-theme will have a separate symposium.
·        Agronomy, Ecology and Climate Resilience
·        Diversification and Globalization of Agriculture
·        Best Management Practices with Conservation Agriculture
·        Integrated Farming Systems
·        Agronomy and Genetic Improvement for New Yield Frontiers
·        Taking Agronomy to Farmers through Public Private Partnership
·        Socio-Economic Issues and Livelihood Security
·        Agronomy Education for Meeting Future Challenges
·        Global Agronomy- Agronomy Beyond Borders.
There will be three categories of presentations:
·        Plenary
·        Invited
·        Poster
In addition, the Working Groups will deliberate on the topics of current specific interest in Agronomy

Submission of Abstarct - 30 April, 2012
Acceotance of Paper/Extended Summary - 15 June, 2012
Registration Fee (without late fee)- 31 July, 2012
Receipt of full length invited papers - 31 August, 2012

Foreign Delegates:
·        Scientists - US $ 600 (After due date US$ 700)
·        Students/research Scholars -US $ 300 (After due date US$ 350)
·        Industry and Private Organizations -US $ 700 (After due date US$ 800)
·        Accompanying Member- US $ 300
Indian Delegates:
·        Scientists – Rs. 8,000 (After due date Rs. 10,000)
·        Students/research Scholars - Rs. 4,000 (After due date Rs. 5,000)
·        Industry and Private Organizations - Rs. 10,000 (After due date Rs. 12,000)
·        Accompanying Member- Rs. 3000
The registration fee does not include accommodation charges. Limited accommodation is available in the goverment guest houses. Most of the delegates will have to stay in hotels
